I hope you would be able to advice me if this item would
be suitable for me to purchase in order to conduct human salivary
ELISA assay on oxytocin. Sample size is 60 and running in
duplicates.

CSB-E08994h is based on double antibody sandwich method. Sorry we are not sure if it is suitable to test human salivary or not. We suggest you do a pretest first. One 96T kit can test 45 samples if you run in duplicates.
