ACKR4
ACKR4是一个编码非典型趋化因子受体4的基因,属于G蛋白偶联受体家族,并且是C-C型趋化因子的受体。该受体已被证明能够结合树突状细胞和T细胞活化的趋化因子,包括CCL19/ELC、CCL21/SLC和CCL25/TECK。该基因的一个假基因位于染色体6上。已经描述了编码相同蛋白质的可变剪切转录变体。
ACKR4 is a gene encoding a protein named atypical chemokine receptor 4, which is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family, and is a receptor for C-C type chemokines. This receptor has been shown to bind dendritic cell- and T cell-activated chemokines including CCL19/ELC, CCL21/SLC, and CCL25/TECK. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 6. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been described.
