    血小板糖蛋白4（Platelet glycoprotein 4）是人体CD36基因编码的一种蛋白质。它是一种多功能糖蛋白，作为广泛范围配体的受体。配体可以是蛋白性如凝血调节蛋白、纤维连接蛋白、胶原或淀粉样蛋白β，也可以是脂质性的，如氧化低密度脂蛋白（oxLDL）、阴离子磷脂、长链脂肪酸和细菌二酰基脂肽。它们通常是多价的，因此可以同时结合多个受体，形成CD36群集从而启动信号转导和受体-配体复合物的内化。这种依赖于共受体信号传导的情况取决于配体的种类。
    Platelet glycoprotein 4 is a protein in humans that is encoded by CD36 gene. Multifunctional glycoprotein that acts as receptor for a broad range of ligands. Ligands can be of proteinaceous nature like thrombospondin, fibronectin, collagen or amyloid-beta as well as of lipidic nature such as oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL), anionic phospholipids, long-chain fatty acids and bacterial diacylated lipopeptides. They are generally multivalent and can therefore engage multiple receptors simultaneously, the resulting formation of CD36 clusters initiates signal transduction and internalization of receptor-ligand complexes. The dependency on coreceptor signaling is strongly ligand specific.
