Guanylate-binding protein 7 is a protein in humans that is encoded by GBP7 gene. Hydrolyzes GTP to GMP in two consecutive cleavage reactions. Promote oxidative killing and deliver antimicrobial peptides to autophagolysosomes, providing broad host protection against different pathogen classes (By similarity).
