TREM2
TREM2，即髓样细胞触发受体2，它是一种主要在中枢神经系统的小胶质细胞中表达的跨膜受体蛋白。TREM2通过其胞外免疫球蛋白结构域识别多种配体，包括病原体相关分子模式（PAMPs）和损伤相关分子模式（DAMPs）。其作用机制涉及与配体结合后激活下游信号通路，主要通过与DAP12结合，激活Syk激酶，进而触发包括PI3K、PLCγ和RAS/MEK/ERK等在内的多种信号传导途径。这些信号通路影响小胶质细胞的吞噬功能、细胞存活、代谢平衡和炎症反应。在生物学意义上，TREM2对维持中枢神经系统稳态、调节免疫反应和参与神经退行性疾病的发病机制具有重要作用。TREM2信号的异常激活与阿尔茨海默病等神经退行性疾病的发生发展密切相关，是当前神经科学研究的热点之一。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human melanoma using CSB-PA024405LA01HU at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA024405LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
