Cortisol is small molecule and it is the same in all species, so there is no uniprot.
Since for different species, the matrix is different, we have developed kits for different species.

The standard is purified cortisol. This is a competitive kit. The plate is coated with specific antigen. The specific antibody is rabbit polyclonal antibody. The immunogen is modified by special modification.
HRP is conjugated with secondary antibody( goat anti-rabbit antibody).
