 常见问题解答
Q:

I want to find out more about your human ALT/GPT ELISA Kit
I want to measure the human ALT from the serum of liver humanized mice
Hence, I need the kit to be human specific and not to pick up the signal from mouse ALT
Would CSB-E10082h serve the purpose?

A:
Thanks for your inquiry.
Reviewing from your research purpose, human ALT is the reasonable consideration. Our elisa kits #CSB-E10082h is for determination for content, not for detectiono of enzyme activity.
Strictly speaking,if the concentrate of ALT locates in the detection range of kit #CSB-E10082h ,it can be detected out.Meanwhile,a point need to pay attention,as your sample is from serum of mice, then there would be a matrix problem.
And reviewing from your description, there will be supersession when injecting the natural ALT (human liver ALT) or transcription by other ways into mice.
Based on comprehensive analysis, you can consider to do pre-testing.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Additionally, you need to do further validation on how to evaluate whether the modeling of humanized mice is successful or not.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Q:

May I know the cross reactivity about CSB-E10082h. Can you help us to check and revert?Does the human ALT ELISA Kit have any cross reaction with mouse ALT?

A:
Thanks for your inquiry.
#CSB-E10082h,Human Alanine Aminotransferase,ALT/GPT ELISA Kit
We checked and the above kit has no cross reactions with either mouse ALT or rat ALT.Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
Q:

If the kit is free of human or animal byproducts, HIV/AIDS/HCV/HBV/infectious material.

A:
Thanks for your inquiry. The kit is developed for the human matrix to quantitatively detect the content of the corresponding protein.
Some components of the kit contain BSA,there is no HIV / AIDS / HCV / HBV / infective material.
All kits are for scientific research use, there is no infectious component and can be used in accordance with conventional biosecurity rules of operation. Pls let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you.

  • 功能:
Catalyzes the reversible transamination between alanine and 2-oxoglutarate to form pyruvate and glutamate. Participates in cellular nitrogen metabolism and also in liver gluconeogenesis starting with precursors transported from skeletal muscles.
