    The CHRNB1 polyclonal antibody is an IgG that recognizes and binds specifically to the human CHRNB1 protein. CHRNB1 forms a subunit of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), which is essential for neurotransmission in the nervous system. Mutations in CHRNB1 protein can lead to impaired neurotransmission and are associated with a range of neurological and neuromuscular disorders such as congenital myasthenic syndrome (CMS).

    The CHRNB1 polyclonal antibody is generated from rabbits. The recombinant human acetylcholine receptor subunit beta protein (24-244aa) is used as the immunogen. After protein G purification, this CHRNB1 antibody reaches up to 95% in purity. It is suitable for use in ELISA, WB, IF, and IHC applications.
