The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

      Lane 2: CSB-PA010389OA118nforHU (5µg) + NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate (500µg)
      Lane 3: NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate (20µg)
