产品描述:
The NCR3LG1 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA737873LA01HU was produced in the rabbit immunized with the recombinant human NCR3LG1 protein (25-262aa). The target protein NCR3LG1, also known as B7-H6, mainly activates NK cells by binding to the NCR3 receptor, leading to the elimination of abnormal cells. NCR3LG1 has been shown to play a role in the regulation of dendritic cell maturation, as well as the induction of cytokine production by macrophages.
This NCR3LG1 antibody has validated the specificity and reliability in the ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF applications. It occurs as a non-conjugated IgG and gets purified by protein G affinity chromatography and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the NCR3LG1 proteins from human samples.
