    The antibody against SEC14L3 was generated in rabbits by immunization with recombinant human SEC14L3 protein, specifically the amino acids 572-744 portion. The isolated antibody was then subjected to protein G affinity chromatography, achieving a purity level greater than 95%.

    This SEC14L3 antibody is capable of recognizing and binding SEC14L3 protein from both human and mouse samples and has been successfully validated in several applications, including ELISA, WB, and IHC. The successful validation of this SEC14L3 antibody in these assays highlights its effectiveness in the recognition and identification of SEC14L3 protein.
