    The p37 polyclonal antibody is produced by inoculating rabbits with the recombinant Mycoplasma hyorhinis high-affinity transport system protein p37 protein (24-403aa), which serves as the immunogen. The rabbits then produce antibodies against the Mycoplasma hyorhinis p37 protein. These antibodies are purified from the rabbit serum using protein G purification. The purity is 95%+. The resulting purified rabbit anti-Mycoplasma hyorhinis p37 polyclonal antibody is highly specific to Mycoplasma hyorhinis p37 and has a high affinity for the antigen.

    This p37 antibody is suitable for use in ELISA. The Mycoplasma hyorhinis high-affinity transport system protein p37 mainly acts as a high-affinity transporter for the uptake of sialic acid, a key nutrient for the bacterium as a carbon and energy source, across the cell membrane.
