    • IHC image of CSB-RA869779A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
    • Immunofluorescence staining of PC-3 cell with CSB-RA869779A0HU at 1:50, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 552-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

    The generation of the KIFAP3 recombinant monoclonal antibody involves a genetic engineering process that includes cloning and expression of the gene encoding for the KIFAP3 monoclonal antibody. The synthesized peptide derived from the human KIFAP3 protein was used as the immunogen to generate the KIFAP3 monoclonal antibody. The obtained KIFAP3 recombinant monoclonal antibody underwent purification using affinity chromatography to ensure high purity. It has been validated for use in human samples and can specifically recognize and bind to the KIFAP3 protein. Quality and specificity testing of the KIFAP3 recombinant monoclonal antibody has been carried out using various applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF.

    KIFAP3 is a protein that is involved in intracellular transport as a component of the kinesin-1 complex. The kinesin-1 complex is a motor protein that moves along microtubules in cells and is involved in the transport of cargo such as vesicles, organelles, and protein complexes. KIFAP3 specifically interacts with the light chain of kinesin-1 and is thought to play a role in the regulation of kinesin-1 activity and cargo binding. It has also been implicated in the transport of mRNA and in the regulation of synaptic function in neurons.
