Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

    Might act as an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, or as part of E3 complex, which accepts ubiquitin from specific E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes and then transfers it to substrates.

    2. ARI12 is a functional RING-HECT E3 ubiquitin ligase which is mono-ubiquitinated. ARI12 transcript and protein abundance depends on COP1 in white light, low and high fluence rates of UV-B. PMID: 25817546
    3. ARI12 is a downstream target of the UV-B receptor, UVR8, and the transcription factors HY5 and HYH under low fluence rates.
