Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

        DT3C蛋白由编码Corynephage beta白喉毒素的Gly33-Lys417与编码链球菌G群spg的Ile291-Glu497连接，并与N末端的6xHis标签融合，在大肠杆菌中表达。通过SDS-PAGE测定，该重组DT3C蛋白的纯度大于90%。
        DT3C蛋白由没有受体结合域的白喉毒素（DT）和链球菌蛋白的C1、C2和C3（3C）结构域组成。主要用于体外检测癌细胞对mAb的内化效率，并筛选出更有效的单克隆抗体。DT3C蛋白可以在体外模拟ADC药物的功能，并且制备mAb-DT3C复合物相对简单。DT3C蛋白可以与人类、小鼠、兔等各种物种的IgG结合，形成mAb-DT3C结合物，从而进一步扩大DT3C作为mAb抗体内化检测工具的应用范围。与Mab-ZAP相比，mAb-DT3C结合物更加稳定，分子量更小。相关实验数据显示，mAb-DT3C的内化效率高于mAb-Mab-ZAP。据不完全统计，DT3C作为检测mAb内化能力的工具已在近130项ADC药物mAb筛选专利中使用。
