共轭:Avi-tag Biotinylated
E. coli biotin ligase (BirA) is highly specific in covalently attaching biotin to the 15 amino acid AviTag peptide. This recombinant protein was biotinylated in vivo by AviTag-BirA technology, which method is BriA catalyzes amide linkage between the biotin and the specific lysine of the AviTag.

We are interested in CAT# CSB-EP018491HU, 0.5mg.
I want to know if we can produce the protein PBS buffer +50% glycerol.
Can we guarantee this or no?
1. We can provide Aseptic Processing and Endotoxin Removal sevices for free, pls remark your requirements when placing the order.
2.Regarding your request about the buffer, we can try to use your desired buffer: PBS buffer +50% glycerol, but we are not sure if the protein will be stable under this buffer.
If it's finally proved to be not stable, we will communicate with you in advance and use our default buffer: Tris-based buffer,50% glycerol.

功能:Involved in the negative regulation of p53 expression. Required for the relief of p53-dependent checkpoint mediated cell cycle arrest. Binds to and dephosphorylates 'Ser-15' of TP53 and 'Ser-345' of CHEK1 which contributes to the functional inactivation of these proteins. Mediates MAPK14 dephosphorylation and inactivation. Is also an important regulator of global heterochromatin silencing and critical in maintaining genome integrity.
