Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

  • 功能:
    Plays an important role in chromosome segregation during meiosis I by allowing meiotic rec8 to establish cohesion at the centromeric central core and thereby promote the side-by-side structure of kinetochores at meiosis I. Enables monopolar attachment during meiosis I. Required to facilitate kinetochore mono-orientation during meiosis I, when kinetochores on sister chromosomes face the same direction and are thus captured and pulled by spindle fibers from the same pole. Acts in collaboration with plo1.
