ALPL

ALPL(组织非特异性碱性磷酸酶,TNSALP)是一种广泛存在于人体多种组织中的膜结合糖蛋白,具有多种生理功能。它是一种同源二聚体酶,由不同基因位点编码,每个催化位点包含两个锌离子和一个镁离子。ALPL在骨骼矿化过程中起到关键作用,通过水解有机磷酸酯和去除无机焦磷酸(PPi)来促进正常骨骼的形成和维护。此外,它还参与胚胎发育、细胞生长、细胞凋亡和细胞迁移等细胞事件的调节。尽管具体的信号通路未明确提及,但ALPL的功能表明它可能参与骨骼矿化、细胞信号传导和细胞凋亡等信号通路。ALPL的异常表达或功能失调与多种疾病相关,如遗传性低磷酸酯酶症、某些类型的癌症以及骨骼和牙齿的疾病,使其成为医学研究中的关键靶点。

IHC image of CSB-PA11999A0Rb diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
