Cd74
CD74由长N-末端胞浆侧链与短C-末端胞外侧链构成，含NT、CLIP和CY结构域，胞内具酪氨酸/苏氨酸信号。它运输MHC II类分子，对免疫识别病原体至关重要。CD74见于B细胞及某些T细胞，参与淋巴发育。它激活ERK、PI3K和NF-κB等信号通路，具多种同种型，展现复杂调控功能。D74存在多种同种型，可能在不同细胞类型和生理病理条件下发挥特异性作用。
