CD79B,即B细胞受体信号转导亚单位β,别名包括Igβ、B29、CD79b等。它是一种B细胞受体(BCR)的组成部分,由CD79B基因编码,主要在B细胞表面表达。CD79B与CD79A(Igα)形成异源二聚体,参与BCR介导的信号转导过程,对B细胞的活化、增殖和分化具有重要作用 。CD79B的作用机制主要是通过与BCR复合物中的mIgM或mIgD结合,转导抗原识别后的信号。当BCR识别并结合抗原后,CD79B能够激活Src家族激酶,如Lyn,进而激活下游的Syk和Btk等酪氨酸激酶,触发信号级联反应。这些信号通路包括MAPK、PI3K/Akt等,最终导致细胞内钙离子的释放、细胞增殖和分化等生物学效应 。在生物学意义上,CD79B在B细胞发育、成熟和功能中发挥关键作用。它不仅参与B细胞受体介导的信号传导,还可能参与调节B细胞的存活和凋亡。此外,CD79B在多种B细胞来源的恶性肿瘤中高度表达,如弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL),使其成为治疗某些B细胞恶性肿瘤的潜在靶点。已有针对CD79B的抗体偶联药物(ADC),如Polatuzumab vedotin,被开发用于治疗某些类型的非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL) 。
