Gpr84

GPR84是一种G蛋白偶联受体,即中链脂肪酸受体。它在多种细胞类型中表达,包括中性粒细胞等免疫细胞。GPR84的作用机制涉及通过与脂肪酸等配体结合,激活下游信号通路,影响细胞的迁移、脱颗粒和氧化应激反应。在信号传导方面,GPR84能够通过Lyn-AKT/ERK通路进行信号转导,进而调控氧化应激关键蛋白p47PHOX的活性,参与活性氧簇(ROS)的产生。在生物学意义上,GPR84参与调控炎症反应和免疫应答,尤其在急性肺损伤(ALI)等疾病中发挥重要作用,其表达的变化与肺部炎症因子水平、肺组织损伤程度密切相关。因此,GPR84被认为是治疗急性肺损伤等炎症性疾病的潜在药物靶点。
