Il22

IL22，即白细胞介素22，它是一种由Th17细胞、Th22细胞以及先天淋巴细胞等免疫细胞产生的细胞因子。IL22主要在肠道、肝、肺和皮肤等屏障组织中发挥作用。其作用机制涉及与特异性受体IL22R结合，该受体由IL22RA1和IL10RB亚基组成。结合后，IL22激活JAK/STAT信号通路，特别是STAT3的磷酸化，进而调控靶基因的表达。这一信号通路参与调节细胞增殖、分化、组织修复以及抗微生物反应。IL22对维持上皮细胞屏障的完整性、促进损伤后的组织再生和调节宿主防御机制具有重要作用。它在炎症性肠病、肝病以及皮肤疾病中的作用尤其受到关注，其调节免疫反应和促进组织修复的功能使其成为治疗相关疾病的潜在靶点。
