Ncr1

NCR1,即自然细胞毒性触发受体1,别名NKp46、CD335、LY94。它是一种免疫球蛋白超家族成员,具有两个细胞外免疫球蛋白样域,属于I型跨膜受体。NCR1由人类19号染色体上的基因编码,位于Leukocyte Receptor Complex (LRC) 区域。NCR1的作用机制是通过与肿瘤细胞或病毒感染细胞表面的配体结合,激活NK细胞的细胞毒性和细胞因子分泌功能,从而参与机体的免疫监视和防御反应 。NCR1在生物学上的意义体现在其对自然杀伤(NK)细胞功能的重要调控作用。NK细胞通过NCR1识别肿瘤或病毒感染细胞,进而发挥杀伤作用。NCR1的表达和功能对于维持机体的免疫平衡和防御能力至关重要。此外,NCR1还可能在其他免疫细胞亚群中发挥作用,如某些类型的T细胞和固有淋巴细胞(ILCs),这为开发新的免疫治疗策略提供了潜在靶点 。
