OXCT1
OXCT1，即3-氧酸辅酶A转移酶1，这是一种在肝外组织中催化酮体分解代谢的关键酶。OXCT1的主要功能是将酮体乙酰乙酸氧化为乙酰乙酰辅酶A，并最终生成乙酰辅酶A进入三羧酸循环，为细胞提供能量。OXCT1在多种肿瘤中高表达，并且其表达水平与肿瘤的恶性程度正相关。作用机制上，OXCT1通过调节酮体代谢，特别是β-羟丁酸的水平，影响肿瘤细胞的代谢和生存。OXCT1还能通过β-羟丁酸介导的酮体代谢稳态调控SREBP1-TRIM21-NF-κB信号通路，进而影响肿瘤细胞的增殖和存活。在生物学意义上，OXCT1不仅在能量代谢中发挥关键作用，而且其在肿瘤发展中的调控作用使其成为癌症治疗的潜在靶点。
