PCSK9
PCSK9，即前蛋白转化酶枯草杆菌蛋白酶/kexin9型，是一种肝脏合成分泌的酶，由PCSK9基因编码。PCSK9的作用机制主要涉及调节血液中低密度脂蛋白受体（LDLR）的水平，通过与LDLR结合促进其在肝脏内降解，从而影响血液中的LDL-胆固醇水平。PCSK9对维持血脂稳态具有重要作用，其功能异常与家族性高胆固醇血症等疾病相关。PCSK9抑制剂的开发为降低心血管疾病风险提供了新的治疗策略。

IHC image of CSB-RA259644A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human colon cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4℃ overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit IgG polymer labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
