SLC34A2，即溶质载体家族34成员A2，别名钠-磷共运输蛋白2”（NaPi2）/肾磷酸盐重吸收蛋白等。SLC34A2是一种在细胞膜上表达的跨膜蛋白，属于SLC34家族成员，主要在肾脏、小肠和某些肿瘤细胞中发挥作用。其作用机制涉及钠依赖性磷酸盐转运，通过与钠离子的协同运输，促进磷酸盐从尿液或肠腔重吸收到血液中。SLC34A2的活性受多种因素调节，包括pH值、细胞外磷酸盐和钠离子浓度等，这种调节作用对维持体内磷酸盐平衡至关重要。SLC34A2在生物学上的意义主要体现在其对磷酸盐稳态的调控上。它参与了体内磷酸盐的吸收和重吸收过程，对骨骼健康、细胞信号传导、能量代谢等具有重要影响。SLC34A2的功能异常与低磷血症、佝偻病、骨软化症等磷酸盐代谢紊乱疾病有关。此外，SLC34A2在肿瘤微环境中的表达可能与肿瘤的侵袭性和转移能力有关，因此，它也是癌症研究和治疗中的潜在靶点。
