SLC7A11

SLC7A11是在KRAS突变后改变表达的蛋白质,可以导致谷胱甘肽代谢的重新布线。SLC7A11是胱氨酸/谷氨酸反转运体系统xc的功能性轻链亚单位。SLC7A11在神经胶质瘤、肝癌、非小细胞肺癌和三阴性乳腺癌等多种癌症类型中过表达,是一个独立的预后因素。SLC7A11还会导致基于谷胱甘肽的耐药性。
