STK33

STK33,即丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶33,它是一种在人体多种组织中表达的蛋白激酶,属于钙/钙调蛋白依赖性激酶家族成员。STK33在细胞中的表达受细胞密度控制,并且在头颈肿瘤等手术切除标本中的表达量显著高于正常或癌旁组织。其作用机制涉及自磷酸化功能,能够对下游基因如Vimentin蛋白进行磷酸化修饰,影响其生物学功能。STK33还可能通过非激酶活性依赖途径影响C-Myc基因的转录作用。在信号通路方面,STK33与ERK1/2信号通路存在交互作用,可能参与调控细胞增殖、侵袭和转移。STK33的生物学意义在于其在肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭与转移等过程中的重要作用,尤其在KRAS突变相关的肿瘤中,STK33的表达与肿瘤细胞的生物学行为密切相关。因此,STK33被认为是多种癌症治疗的潜在靶点。

IHC image of CSB-RA207790A0HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a Goat anti-rabbit polymer IgG labeled by HRP and visualized using 0.05% DAB.
