TFPI
TFPI（Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor）是一种在血液凝血过程中发挥重要作用的蛋白质。它是体内主要的抗凝血蛋白之一，用于抑制凝血过程中的组织因子途径。通常以多种亚型存在。主要的亚型包括TFPIα和TFPIβ。TFPI的主要功能是抑制血液凝血的组织因子途径。组织因子途径是一种引发血液凝血的机制，通常发生在伤口或损伤的血管内。TFPI是维持正常血液凝血平衡的重要因子之一。它的存在和功能有助于防止异常或过度的凝血，从而预防了血栓的形成和血管堵塞。研究TFPI有助于我们更好地理解血液凝血的调控机制，以及与血栓和出血相关的疾病的发病机制。
