Tbx5
TBX5，即胸腺素盒转录因子5，是一种转录因子，属于T-box家族成员之一。TBX5在心脏发育、肺部形成和一些肿瘤的发生中起着重要作用。其作用机制涉及到与DNA上的特定位点结合，调控下游基因的表达。TBX5通过影响多种信号通路，包括但不限于PI3K-AKT、Wnt/β-catenin等，调控细胞的增殖、分化和迁移。在生物学意义上，TBX5对心脏和肺部的正常发育至关重要，其表达异常与某些先天性心脏病和肺疾病相关。此外，TBX5在肺癌等多种肿瘤中的作用也受到关注，其可能通过影响细胞周期和转移相关基因的表达，促进肿瘤的发展和转移。
