CD30配体(CD30L)又名“CD153”或“肿瘤坏死因子配体家族成员8(TNFSF8)”,它是一种Ⅱ型糖蛋白,分子量为40kDa。CD30L蛋白有一个胞外区,构成C端172个氨基酸,胞浆区为N端有40个氮基酸残基。胞外区与TNF-a、TNF-β和CD40L有明显的同源性,同其它TNF家族蛋白一样,CD30L以三聚体形式存在。CD30L是否也像CD40L、TNF-a那样有可溶性形式存在,目前还不清楚。CD30L除表达在许多髓质上皮细胞外,也表达于外周血的中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、静止B细胞、活化的T细胞。静止的T细胞不表达CD30L。大量的研究结果表明CD30与CD30L特异性结合后,才能产生活化信号,促发细胞内信息传递过程,导致细胞增生、分化、细胞因子的分泌、细胞生长受阻或凋亡。目前,研究人员发现CD30/CD30L轴在自身免疫性疾病、某些病毒感染及肿瘤中发挥重要作用。
