VSIG4

VSIG4（V-set and immunoglobulin domain-containing 4，又称为Complement receptor of the immunoglobulin superfamily，CRIg）是一种细胞表面蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族。它最初被发现是一种与补体系统相关的膜受体，在许多不同的细胞类型中都有表达，包括巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、中性粒细胞和肝细胞等，参与了多种生物学过程，包括免疫反应、炎症调节和肿瘤免疫治疗等。作为一种膜受体，它可以与多种补体成分结合，包括C3b、iC3b和C1q等，从而调节免疫反应的进程。此外，VSIG4还可以作为一种调节炎症反应的受体，通过调节巨噬细胞的活化状态来影响炎症反应的严重程度。
