    The Human acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChRab) ELISA kit is used for qualitative identification of AChRab in human serum. It employs the qualitative enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate has been pre-coated with acetylcholine receptor (AChR). Samples or standards are pipetted into the wells with anti-human IgG conjugated HRP. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, the TMB substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of AChRab bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured by a microplate reader at 450 nm. The AChRab titer in the samples is determined by referring to the negative control. It indicates the presence of ACHRab if the O.D. (optical density) of AChRab is greater than or equal to the cutoff value (2.1× Average O.D. value of negative control). There is no AChRab present in the sample if the O.D. is less than the cut-off value.

    This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of AChRab. And it also has been validated with precision less than 15% and lot-to-lot consistency. Get more details from the product instructions.

    AChRab is a protein found in 70-90% of patients with generalized acquired myasthenia gravis (MG), a condition that causes weakness of the eyelids and extraocular muscles. It functions by interfering with acetylcholine, which sends signals from nerves to muscles and between nerves in the brain.

Under storage section: It has mentioned that opened kit can be stored at 2-8 degrees upto 2 weeks( in case of AcH R) and only upto one month ( in case of MuSk kit)---These are special tests which we can't consume opend kit in 2 weeks or 1 month) minimum it should work 5-6 months( Please confirm how many months we can use opened kit with proper storage and handling of the kit)

Thanks for your inquiry. For the storage condition, pls follow the manual.
Regarding CSB-E08371h, you need to set 6 wells including control,blank wells.Thus the kit can test 90 samples.If you set duplicates,then it can test 45 samples.Based on the existing experiment condition,we suggest you try your best to collect samples as much as possible to avoid any affects to the testing results due to the overdue.
Our elisa kits are only for research use,not for IVD use.There is no industrial standards for kits for research use and we do not have CE certificate.We only have ISO 9001 certificate.
If you need to do seperate assays with one kit during long period,we suggest you order small size,such as 24T or 48T.But you can only order qty 1 for the same item of 24T.
