功能:Tyrosine-protein phosphatase which regulates cell motility proliferation and muscle-response to insulin. In muscles and under catabolic conditions, dephosphorylates IRS1 leading to its degradation and muscle atrophy. Negatively regulates PI3K-AKT pathway activation.
