AMHR2

抗缪勒氏管激素II型受体（AMHR2）又称缪勒抑制物质受体II型，在性别分化过程中具有关键调控作用。该受体主要分布于性腺组织，通过与抗缪勒氏管激素（AMH）特异性结合，激活SMAD信号级联反应，进而抑制女性生殖管道的发育。临床研究发现，AMHR2基因突变可导致持续性缪勒管综合征，出现子宫、输卵管残留等生殖系统异常。近年来该受体在妇科肿瘤领域备受关注，约80%的卵巢颗粒细胞瘤存在AMHR2过表达现象，其激活状态与肿瘤增殖、转移密切相关。针对AMHR2的治疗策略已进入转化阶段，单克隆抗体药物STRO-002已完成治疗卵巢癌的I期临床试验，小分子抑制剂KY-273也在临床前研究中显示出抑制肿瘤生长的潜力。

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA614985ESR1HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
