CALCA
CALCA，即降钙素相关多肽α，别名CT、KC、PCT、CGRP、CALC1、CGRP1、CGRP-I。CALCA是一种肽激素，包括降钙素（calcitonin）、降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）和katacalcin。降钙素参与钙和磷代谢的调节，而CGRP作为一种神经肽，具有血管舒张作用和抗菌活性。CALCA通过基因转录本的组织和活性前体蛋白的切割，产生不同的生物活性肽。CALCA在多种生理过程中发挥作用，包括骨骼健康、疼痛感知、血压调节和炎症反应。CALCA的表达水平与多种肿瘤相关，如胃癌、肺癌和睾丸肿瘤等。
