IGFL1
是胰岛素样生长因子信号分子家族的一员,属于igf样(IGFL)家族。IGF-like (IGFL)基因编码一种含有约100个氨基酸的蛋白质，其中包含11个固定位置的保守半胱氨酸残基，包括两个CC基序。在人类中，igf样(IGFL)家族包含四个基因(IGFL1、IGFL2、IGFL3和IGFL4)和两个假基因(IGFL1P1和IGFL1P2)。现有数据表明，IGFL1在包括肾上腺、骨髓、脑、前列腺、皮肤、小肠、甲状腺和子宫在内的广泛组织中不表达;它在胎儿皮肤、正常乳腺、卵巢和脊髓中表达。此外，一些数据库显示IGFL1在包括鳞状细胞癌、子宫肿瘤和头颈部肿瘤在内的癌细胞中都有表达，这表明IGFL1有望成为新的潜在癌症靶点
