Il17a

白细胞介素- 17a是一种由IL17A基因编码的人类蛋白质。是IL17RA和IL17RC的配体。IL17家族是一类由CD4+T细胞分泌的促炎细胞因子，包括IL17A在内共计6个成员。IL17A在染色体6p12.2,由Il17R传递信号，可以诱导多种炎症因子表达，介导炎症反应加速机体修复，以发挥保护作用。在慢性炎症情况下，IL17A通过激活NF-ҠB、JAK/STAT等信号通路，持续促进细胞因子、趋化因子和基质金属蛋白酶等的释放及免疫细胞浸润，促进疾病的发生发展。此外，IL17A还可以促进多种血管生成调节因子的分泌，促进肿瘤血管的形成和转移。
