对于ELISA检测，一般不建议使用含有SDS的缓冲液处理样品。这是因为SDS可以破坏分子与分子间的氢键，即破坏蛋白质的二级和三级结构，并可能影响ELISA的检测。由于您的样品已经被处理过，我们只能建议您先使用处理后的样品进行梯度预实验。我们以前没有这样做过，所以我们只能建议你试一试。
