呼吸道疾病
呼吸道疾病是涉及从鼻腔到肺部的呼吸系统的多种疾病群。常见的类型包括感冒和流感(由病毒引起)、支气管炎(支气管的炎症)、哮喘(慢性炎症性肺病)、慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD,包括慢性支气管炎和肺气肿)、肺炎(肺部感染)、肺结核(由结核杆菌引起的传染性疾病)以及肺癌(肺部恶性肿瘤)。这些疾病可能由病毒、细菌、过敏原、污染物、吸烟和其他环境因素引起。
目前,针对呼吸道疾病的药物开发主要集中在以下几个方面:
- 炎症介质:即抗炎药物,目的是减少哮喘和COPD等炎症性肺病的症状。同时,针对特定炎症介质的生物制剂正在开发,如抗IL-5和抗IL-13,用于治疗严重的哮喘。
- 抗菌药物:针对耐药性细菌的新型抗菌药物对于治疗肺炎等呼吸道感染至关重要。
- 免疫检查点:如PD-1/PD-L1抑制剂等免疫疗法,用于治疗肺癌。
